Rotating head saw with up to four saw units MSR 2/3/4

The MSR 4 rotary head saw is a powerful cutting machine equipped with 2 to 4 saw supports to ensure high flexibility and efficiency in machining. The saw units on the 360 degrees rotatable intermediate carrier can be individually positioned laterally and in height and cut lengthwise, crosswise, and diagonally. With a maximum cutting depth of 140 mm and a maximum saw blade diameter of 500 mm, the saw is suitable for a wide range of applications. The powerful saw motors with an output of 11 to 20 kW offer high cutting force and ensure precise results even with demanding materials. All four sawing units are equipped with vacuum suction cups so that, depending on the sawing layout, slab strips can be separated automatically. These features make the rotary multi-head saw an ideal solution for industrial stone processing and other demanding cutting processes.
