Wire diamond saw - horizontal or vertical

The BSS 600 wire saw offers an efficient solution for the fully automatic cutting of hard or soft stone blocks into slabs with a thickness of 2 cm or more. The saw is available in horizontal or vertical versions and, as a contour wire saw, also allows workpieces to be sawn in both directions. The machine is designed for block sizes with a maximum width of 2.5 to 4.0 m, any length, and a maximum height of 2 m. Two magazines with 150 wedges each ensure continuous and highly efficient processing of natural stone. The automatic wedging device enables unmanned production around the clock, thus optimizing the entire work process.
