5-axis bridge saw with automatic tool changer

The LDZ 2000 5-axis bridge saw offers maximum precision and flexibility for demanding cutting tasks. With a maximum cutting depth of 350 mm and saw blades ranging from 400 to 1000 mm in diameter, a wide variety of stone materials can be processed efficiently. The powerful saw motor with 15 to 24 kW and a speed range of 500 to 10,000 rpm enables precise cuts at variable speeds. The horizontal travel of the saw is 3900 mm and the bridge can be moved over a range of 3000 to 10,000 mm, offering a high degree of variability when processing large workpieces. The height of the saw is adjustable between 400 and 800 mm, and the feed rate is particularly fast at 50 m/min for the X and Y axes and 8 m/min for the Z axis. These features make the 5-axis bridge saw a powerful and versatile solution for precise sawing work.
