Bridge saw for stone processing

The CSA 598 bridge saw is synonymous with precision, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in industrial manufacturing. With a maximum cutting depth of 280 mm and saw blades ranging in diameter from 350 to 800 mm, it offers the flexibility required for demanding cutting tasks. The powerful saw motor with 15 to 24 kW and a speed range of 500 to 10,000 rpm ensures efficient machining. The support travel is 4800 mm and the height of the saw is adjustable between 400 and 800 mm to adapt to different machining requirements. In combination with an autoloader, a saw band table, and a manipulator for automatic removal of the sawn workpieces, a highly automated sawing system is created. The modular concept also allows the machine to be equipped with a 2D or 3D waterjet head, which further increases its versatility. Particularly in the production of kitchen worktops, the combination of the bridge with a waterjet head and the saw bridge can significantly increase the performance of the system.
