Rotary head saw for stone processing

The modern CSA 567/569 5-axis rotary head saw with a blade diameter of up to 1600 mm is ideal for solid working. The speed of the saw motor is reduced via a gearbox, so that the full motor power of 30 to 55 kW is available, especially in the low speed range. An optional vacuum suction device with a maximum load capacity of 1500 kg can also be used to automate the handling of workpieces. The feed rate of the infeed table is 20 m/min. The swivel device allows precise miter cuts to be made even with large workpiece thicknesses of up to 640 mm and profile cuts with a horizontal saw blade.

By using multiple work areas or a pallet system for automatic loading and unloading, the machines can be used in multi-shift operation without interruptions, further automating the entire production process.
