Automatic loading station for A-frame

The loading station is a fully automatic solution for loading raw panels into processing machines and offers maximum efficiency and flexibility. With a vacuum loader measuring approx. 3,000 x 1,800 mm, the system is suitable for processing panels with a minimum length of approx. 1,200 mm and a minimum width of approx. 600 mm.

The station consists of an exchangeable loading frame (A-frame) that stacks the raw panels vertically and secures them with a fixing aid. The automatic vacuum loader lifts the panels from this vertical position and brings them into a horizontal position. The vacuum loader travels on a track to the processing machine, where the loading is carried out via electrically driven rollers. Thanks to the modularly controllable vacuum suction cups, the autoloader can flexibly process different panel sizes, thus enabling extremely versatile and reliable automation in the production process.
