Automatic high-bay racking ASR 80

The compact automated high-bay rack ASR offers a sophisticated solution for efficient storage and quick access to workpieces in modern production environments. With a workpiece capacity of 80 pieces, it ensures orderly and space-saving storage of workpieces, which can be automatically retrieved and deposited as needed. With a maximum transport time of 60 seconds per workpiece, the entire process of transport and provision is carried out efficiently and in a time-saving manner.

The rack is designed for workpieces with a maximum size of 3,300 mm x 1,550 mm and a minimum size of 600 mm x 40 mm, thus offering a high degree of flexibility for storing workpieces of different sizes. This enables a wide range of applications, from small to large-format workpieces, without compromising on accessibility or safety. It consists of a lifting platform with 4 telescopic forks that can be extended on both sides. This allows 2 cantilever racks arranged opposite each other to be operated automatically.

The maximum load capacity of 450 kg per shelf guarantees stable and secure storage even for heavier workpieces without compromising the stability or safety of the system. This makes the rack particularly suitable for demanding applications where both the weight and size of the workpieces are important factors.

With a shelf height of approx. 4,500 mm, the high-bay rack makes optimum use of vertical space and offers high storage capacity in a minimum of space. This automated system not only ensures efficient use of storage space, but also enables fast, precise, and maintenance-friendly handling of the workpieces. This makes the automated high-bay rack an ideal solution for both temporary storage within a production line and for storing or picking finished workpieces.
