We develop and implement both complete systems and individual machines for productive and economical stone processing – for natural and artificial stones as well as for artificial stones and refractory materials. Investment in the future
At the Bayreuth site, Burkhardt-Löffler has opened a new development and production center with an area of more than 10,000 square meters. The new location will enable the construction of complete production systems before delivery, as well as even more intensive testing of customer-specific applications before delivery. The investment of more than 5 million euros laid the foundation for further growth at Burkhardt-Löffler. Together with the second location in Langenaltheim, which will continue to exist, Burkhardt-Löffler is now by far the largest German mechanical engineering company in the stone sector. This sets the course for the further development of innovative and automated machines in stone processing.

As part of the Dr. Baumann Group, we benefit from crucial synergy effects. The corporate group allows us to ensure short development and production times according to the needs of our customers. In addition, the financial strength of the group with an annual turnover of approx. 80 million euros guarantees the long-term orientation of our company and the financing of large investment projects. The group produces at 10 locations in Germany in the fields of mechanical engineering, steel construction and metal construction with over 400 employees on a total production area of 60,000 square meters. Our ultimate goal is to develop optimal solutions for our customers.
