The fully automatic workpiece buffering and stacking storage rack offers an efficient and space-saving solution for storing and transporting workpieces in production environments. With a workpiece capacity of 100 pieces, it enables the orderly and secure storage of a large number of workpieces, which can be accessed quickly as needed. Thanks to its innovative design with two linear guideways and chain drive, industrial manufacturers now have an economical option for buffering within the production line for the first time.

The rack is designed for workpieces with a maximum size of 3,600 mm x 1,600 mm and a minimum size of 540 mm x 40 mm, enabling it to accommodate a wide range of workpieces in different dimensions. Fast and efficient transport is ensured by a maximum conveyor time of 60 seconds per workpiece, enabling smooth production processes.

With a maximum total load of 16,000 kg and a maximum load of 400 kg per shelf compartment, the rack ensures high load-bearing capacity and stability, even with heavy workpieces. This makes it particularly suitable for storing large-format and heavier workpieces that are frequently used in production.

The rack height of approx. 9,000 mm ensures space-saving use of vertical space, thus maximizing storage capacity without losing valuable production space. Different processing times for a workpiece on the upstream and downstream processing machines can be compensated for by the workpiece storage rack. This results in significantly increased machine running times throughout the entire production line and significantly more flexible production processes.
